Private, heated pool, Large patios and garden for entertaining, and viewing beautiful sunsets, Bay of Banderas, and numerous birds. Walk right onto an incredible secluded soft sandy beach. Bedroom #1: One King-size bed with walk in closet, two sinks and a tub. Private terrace, couch and reading table. Bedroom #2: Two queen-size beds, full bath with tub and two sinks, walk in closet, terrace and reading desk. Bedroom #3: Two queen-size beds, full bath with two sinks, walk in closet, terrace, reading desk and chairs and terrace. Bedroom #4: 6 single beds (bunk bed style), full bath, walk in closet, terrace. Bedroom #5: 8 single beds (bunk bed style), full bath, walk in closet, terrace. Bedrooms 4 & 5 accommodate children only due to single bed configuration. Other Amenities include: TV with Sky system, CD Player with speakers inside and outside the house, AC in every room, Fans throughout the house, 2 sea kayaks available, washer and dryer also available. Housekeeper and Cook on site to prepare 2 meals per day and take care of the grocery shopping. There is a van available to rent at an additional cost.
